Short and Tall Pneumatic Walking Brace

Farm developed both the short and tall pneumatic walking brace for Aircast. Key goals were patient comfort while providing superior injury protection and support. The short brace is effective for postoperative protection, as well as the treatment of foot and ankle injuries, while the tall brace is used to treat lower leg breaks and sprains. Farm improved the low rocker sole to offer more enhanced comfort and promote a more natural ambulation for improved mobility. The generous foot base has ample room for dressings without sacrificing comfort and the enhanced ergonomic design allows for ease-of-use and increased compliance. The walkers' adjustability modifies limb dimension that can be altered throughout the healing process while still maintaining stability and immobilization. With Farm's superior design, Aircast's market share increased by 30%.
