Hydrate G High Flow Oxygen Therapy

Farm conducted extensive research in home and hospital environments to identify unmet user needs in providing humidified ventilation to patients. We then developed the technology behind Hydrate's G Controller featuring C-Force technology that uses a capillary force vaporizer (CFV).

Farm designed a custom peristaltic pump to deliver the required water volume and pressure to the vaporizer and developed a computer simulation and analysis of the mixing process to achieve high-performance humidification of the gas within the CFV.

Our team used a systems-level approach to the product development process, integrating industrial design and human factors engineering, mechanical engineering, finite element analysis and detailing of all custom parts, and regulatory compliance support, including hazards analysis and manufacturing documentation.
