In honor of Earth Day, Farm employees, friends, and family volunteered at the 3rd Annual Downtown Nashua Parks Cleanup Day, which took place on Saturday, April 21, 2018.
Great American Downtown, in partnership with Nashua Park & Recreation, Community Health, Nashua PAL, Gate City Community Gardens, Grow Nashua, and local volunteers picked up trash, brush, and other debris in parks, trails, and opens spaces throughout Downtown Nashua, NH. In addition to general cleanup in the Gate City Community Gardens and walk ways, Farm volunteers were able to help with the relocation and construction of a garden fence to make way for future improvement and expansion efforts.
