At this year’s International Symposium on Human Factors and Ergonomics in Health Care Virtual Conference, I presented, Considerations for Planning and Conducting Pre-clinical HF Validation Studies.
During the presentation I provide insights and guidance to medical human factors specialists on how to effectively plan and execute pre-clinical human factors studies to support clinical studies. I focus on how these studies compare to standard commercial human factors activities and provide tips and insights on conducting these types of studies across differing products.
